Saruul Designs provides 360º custom design and decorating services. From renovations to project management, here is our service process:
1. Initial Meeting and Consultation:
Our initial design consultation meetings are casual, collaborative and most of all, fun! We meet at the client’s home or office to assess the space and discuss the client’s needs, requirements and budget as well as getting to know about their lifestyles, personalities, preferences and interests.
2. Design Process:
After the initial consultation, we delve into the client’s requests to tailor a space that distinctly reflects their personalities and lifestyle. Whether clients are expecting new members to their family or have a busy executive schedule, every little detail considered when creating a functional new space. Our design process involves:
- Floor plan options
- Space planning
- Furniture arrangements and selections
- Custom designed furniture, library, entertainment centers, closet and storage solutions
- Overall color palettes, paint selections, wall coverings and floor coverings
- Fabric selections and swatches
- Window treatment options
- Lighting plans and selections
- Arts, décor and accessory options
- High resolution 3D illustrations of what the completed space will look/feel like
We prepare a custom crafted design plan specific to each client. This plan includes lists of vendors (domestic and foreign), showrooms to visit, and recommends only the best licensed-contractors and carpenters involving each project.
3. Project Management & Execution:
Upon design plan approval by the client, we set up the project schedules to fit the client’s schedule. Once the work schedule set, our project management team does all the work (processing, specifying, ordering, coordinating, scheduling deliveries and installations). In addition, we oversee and are hands-on for all the work done by our licensed contractors, carpenters, and installers.
